• The Effect: As printed right on the front of the packaging, "Milk poured into a hat or folded newspaper will disappear."

• How It Works: The illusion relies on a specialized interior plastic insert that creates a cavity wall inside the pitcher. It gives the optical illusion of being full of liquid, but when tilted, the liquid is retained behind the hidden partition rather than actually pouring out.
